The researchers also calculated life expectancy from how many healthy habits the respondents had. Even one of them, for example, a complete abstinence from alcohol and smoking or proper nutrition, increased the life expectancy of men and women by an average of two years.

    In my opinion we should learn to think positively and think less about illness. This advice is not only for our health. Besides not everyone will believe into this. Nevertheless many great people state that if a person thinks, then it means he lives. And our current physical and psychological condition is the result of all our thoughts in the past. Therefore, learn to think about success, happiness, health, well-being and put anxiety and fears away of your mind. If you really want to achieve and get something great in your life then live like you’ve already achieved it. Let the universe know what you want. Think about it all the time. Desire it, believe in it, dream, affirm, inspire yourself and do it as often as possible. Let your mind be busy waiting for the best, and then the Universe will see this and will help to ensure that your desire comes true.

    Many people think that they will be happy if they move to another place, and then it turns out wherever you go, you just take yourself with you. I can suggest few things many people may consider.
    1. Happiness is like a kiss and to enjoy it, you just need to share it with someone.
    2. Appreciate people who come at those moments when it’s not bad for them, but it is bad for you.

    There are some very important things which matter a lot in our wellness and I would like to mention those.
    Some people are afraid of death. Although one should be afraid of an empty and useless life. There is a person in the world who will help you achieve everything you want. It’s you yourself.
    The problem with humans is that we are aging faster than we are becoming wiser. Try to get what you want and love. Otherwise, you have to love what you have.
    The wisest thing in a conversation is to listen carefully to your other party. Difficulties knock down and destroy only those who do not know how to rise and go further.
    Problems cannot be solved at a thinking level.
    Learn and grow. Do you play sports while you are healthy? You start when you get sick.
